Rich Hackenberg

 
Rich Hackenberg is a 25 year Veteran in the Enterprise Software Space holding various sales and sales leadership positions across a variety of industries including Retail, Healthcare, Financial Services, Manufacturing and Education. From startups to large enterprise sales environments, Rich brings a wealth of experience in building territories and teams supporting both software sales and services. 

As a Microsoft Alum, Rich has extensive experience in Enterprise Applications both as a Direct Sales Representative as well as a Channel Sales rep and leader.
Since coming on board to ACS, Rich has been  leading the expansion of the sales organization by building a team that includes Small and Mid-Market, Enterprise, Education, and Healthcare and has established territories in Upstate NY and Ohio aligning with Microsoft's Great Lakes District.

Rich has been married for 24 years and he and his wife have an 18-year-old son and 15-year-old daughter.  In his off-hours, Rich is usually found on the soccer fields.  He is a Program Director for the Grassroots and Summer Camp Programs for the Pittsburgh Riverhounds.
